Gentex offers an optional ANVIS adapter kit for both the HGU-56/P helmets and the Quick Disconnect dual visor housings. The quick disconnect set contains two upper and two lower pins as well as a carrier plate for adapting the night vision goggles to the HGU-56/P helmet and a Velcro fastener for attaching the battery. This change allows users to quickly and easily install and remove the NVGs.
